Overview

The Resorts World Catskills team was in search of a uniform company to partner with that was able to provide a full service project from design to installation.

Challenge

EM Design was tasked with providing a combination of custom design garments and stock uniforms, while creating an energizing customer experience keeping with the Resorts World brand.

Solution

The process began with designing the statement pieces that we knew were going to be the driving factors of this story. From there, we compiled a cohesive group of garments consisting of stock, modified stock and custom uniforms that complimented the high end style of the Genting Resorts World history.

All of these efforts allowed Resorts World Catskills to keep within their budget. This is something our company does very well. EM Design then sent a team of highly trained installation specialists on site to roll out all of the uniforms for the new team members, leading to a smooth opening of this amazing property.
